ooqstart will not run

I have tried everything to get the quick start program to run, to no avail. Attached is my system information. I am using PCLinuxOS 2007 with OpenOffice 2.3 installed. This is not an urgent issue.

KDE version: 3.5.8

Machine: i686
Pentium4 1.5GHz
256 MB Memory
1 TB storage

Simply drop that quickstarter. It tends to cause some trouble when you upgrade the office, install extensions, repair your profile and on other occasions. Loading times are not too bad except for the first time after startup. Upgrading memory to 0.5 GB may be a good idea with KDE 3.5 and OOo.

It does make a big difference on my pc which is why I want to get it working. I uninstalled OO then re-installed and now ooqstart is working. Unfortunately, memory for my pc is outrageously expensive because it is several years old, I cannot find anywhere that carries it at a reasonable price.
