Crash designing Form


I am working through the Getting Started with Base. Replacing a Payment field to a Dropdown list. I Control+Click the Payment field then Right-Click to select 'Replace with List Box'? If I then Click the Control Icon in the Forms Control toolbar (to change the Dropdown feature, the dropdown feature is not there. If, however, I right click I can access the dropdown feature. The program then crashes. It has happened twice. A report is supposed to have been generated, is it automatically sent when I go on-line?

Is there a workaround for this apparent bug?

Do you think that I am doing something incorrectly?

I do save my work regularly. After the first crash I restarted Base, the Form was supposedly there but, when I tried to Edit it, I was presented with a blank workspace. This happened again after the second crash. It would appear that something is happening to the saved work.

I tried and this is a serious bug.
If you open any form for edit click on Form navigator on Form design toolbox, right click on any field, any change to any other control, OOo crash with runtime error.
I will check the issue list for this error, and submit one if not submitted.
