I deleted your duplicate topic about this subject.

Create a grid in Table → Table Properties → Borders. After you create the borders, they will be displayed when you print the page. There was a sample calendar made from a table a with a grid (the last post) in your Make a calendar topic a month ago.

Read details about working with tables in Writer in chapter 25 of this tutorial → Writer for Students.

Learning to use Writer without reading its documentation will be a slow process. It will be much faster to read the documentation than to ask a question each time you need to do something new. You don't have to read the entire guide at once, just the section relevant to the task at hand.
Writer Guide

Any computer that you can buy will include a Digital Calendar application. You may find that it is much easier to use something you aleady have, specifically designed for calendars, than to try and duplicate its features in Writer. Consult the application's documentation, however it probably allows you to print daily/weekly/monthly/yearly calendars in various formats.

If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit ✏️ button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.
