[Solved] Calc files won't open

I have many calc files which I have used for many years. Recently, some of the files won't load on my desktop but will load on my laptop. Both pcs run windows 11 with all available updates.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
If I try to load these files, Calc just sits there without responding and I can't cancel the process either from the screen interface or using procexp64. The onlyh thing I can do is sign ofdf then on again or restart the computer

Please update your signature. It's intended to give users a clue about your configuration. Not because we want to spy on you, but because (the version of) your OS and OpenOffice may be relevant for your problem. My first guess is that there is something wrong with the user profile or installation of OpenOffice on your desktop.

You can try to reset your OpenOffice user profile.
It might be related to the "Load printer settings with the document" in Tools > Options > Load/Save > General.
