Unable to change QUERY source in REPORT

I have read this:
viewtopic.php?t=81453

But I do not seem to have the same dropdown items mentioned. I cannot change from Query C1 to Query C2 from within the report edit mode.

I always get the results from Query C1 when I generate the report.
