I have downloaded the Java of 32 bit but still is not working in Window 11 what should i do please help me

Have you looked at Troubleshooting Open/LibreOffice and Java; scroll down to the section All Platforms. In addition to installing the appropriate Java version, you need to configure OpenOffice to see it, via Tools | Options | OpenOffice | Java.
