[Solved] Added image but see only "graphics1"

how do I paste a captured or image.jpg file into a new Open Office page?
using 4.1.15
Below is what I see.

Presumably you are using Writer? Go to Tools | Options | OpenOffice Writer | View, check under Display and ensure that Graphics and Objects is selected (checked).

For best handling of images, you might find [Tutorial] Some useful hints on using images a helpful resource.

Robleyd very easily fixed made my day.
Graphic & objects box was not checked and now it is.
