[Solved] Form from Query - Numeric field entered as Currency Field

I have created a Form for parameter searching using a query. Selected fields form Query in which three of the fields that are formatted as Number [NUMERIC] length (8) Decimal places (5) format example show's as 0.00000. The issue is that in the Form the fields are showing as Currency Field and of course the value in the field is presented as a Dollar value, rather than a numeric value. Please instruct me as to my error or what may be causing the error.
Other fields formatted as Number are showing properly in the Form.

Open the Form document in the Edit/Design Mode
<Ctrl>Click on a problematic control then Right Click and select Control to open the Properties dialog
If the dialog shows Properties: Currency Field
Right click again and select Replace with > Numerical Field
On the General tab of the Properties: Numerical Field dialog you can specify the Decimal Accuracy property.

If dialog is Properties: Formatted Field
Select the small button at the far right of the Formatting property to open Number Format dialog.
There select Number from the Category list.
The Format list will likely have a selection with 5 decimal places or select General and you can specify the number of Decimal Places in the Options area of the dialog.
