Document cannot be saved due to user rights

Post by jmassociates »

Tried to save a document to my files and received an error message" Document cannot be saved due to user rights restriction".
I have used Open Office for years and have never incurred this restriction, what must I do to correct this error?

Thanks,

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Could look like this one: [SOLVED] Object not accessible error.

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the 🖉 button if your issue has been fixed.

Google can't find this error message. Please upload the exact error message. Also, what type of document can't be saved? Is it one specific type or all types? Does "my files" refer to local files in the user's account (which should save without problem), files on an external drive or something else?
