Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 does NOT work on macOS Monterey 12.7.2

Apache needs to fix this problem.
Until it fixes this problem I will use LibreOffice as my word processor app.

This is a user-to-user forum. Developers don't look at these discussions, and users here can't fix OpenOffice. You would have learned this if you had read the forum's Survival Guide, specifically This is not a customer service.

If you are happy with LibreOffice that is the end of this discussion since no one can help people who just say does not work; it's too vague. I suspect AOO 4.1.15 does run on MacOS 12.7.2 if you follow Apple's Open a Mac app from an unidentified developer instructions. Only Apple can provide the correct procedure for you.

'Open anyway' button was absent, but finally appeared. That enabled product installation.
Problem solved.
