[Solved] Item showing up in File → Recent Documents list

I have a item showing up in recent documents i have opened and can't get rid of it. I can't locate any reference to it with file explorer. Should I be concerned?

You can clear the (whole) history.
With LibreOffice, you can select the entries you don't want to see anymore.
But I wouldn't be concerned.
