CMYK color changes after adding

Open Office version 4.1.14 on an Imac running Serria
In Draw
Format >> area>> Colors>> CMYK>>
Heres the mix
Cyan 100%
Mag 72%
Yelo 0
Black 18
As soon as you push the ADD Cyan drops to 82
Also does this in Libre office.

Any Ideas

[Solved] What does the CMYK option do? How is it used?

AOO 4.1.7 Build 9800, MacOS 13.6.3, iMac Intel.   The locale for any menus or Calc formulas in my posts is English (USA).
