[Solved] Remove header for first few pages

Hi,
How do I remove the header for first 4 pages. There is option for removing first page. How do I remove remaining three pages. I want header to be visible from 5 pages and onward.

Use a page style that does not include a header.

I did it from manual page break and selecting the style. Thaks for the reply.
