Query Add Table Greyed Out

Hi
When I try to make a query when I select the first table and click "ADD" the table is added and the windows closes.
If I try to use F7 or Insert Add Table the option is greyed out.
To put it short I can not select multiple tables for my query. :crazy:
I reinstalled all over again but same problem.
Thaks for any help

What is the source of your data? Is it a spreadsheet or a table in an embedded HSLQ database or something else?
OpenOffice 4.1 on Windows 10 and Linux Mint

Sorry I left out my source they are dbf from FoxPro. So I tried creating a new table inside of dbase but still the same problem, after selecting the table then click add the window closes and I can not add or select another table.

Just wanted to add that I can do queries on the dbf file without any problems but only at a time.

OK just tried a new dbase and created two tables and it works. So it has something to do with the FoxPro dbf files.

Do the tables that don't work have a primary key?

I can't tell for sure from that image since I'm totally unfamiliar with that interface. The grey Indexed box makes me suspect there is not a primary key, since a primary key would make a Unique index. From Base, if you click the Tables icon in the leftmost column, right click on the table and select Edit, is there a small yellow key icon just to the left of any of the Field Names?

Hi and thanks for your help. No when I edit a table there is no yellow icon just the green triangle for the row selected.
There are fields IDAUT which are [Interger] which could be the key.
So you think that not having a key could be the problem?

When I try using the wizard after adding the fields from two different tables I get this message.

The dBase driver of LibreOffice does not support relations. However, it is possible to edit related data by means of forms and subforms. You may try a 3rd-party driver via ODBC.
