I am a registered user and posted a question with subject title but I am not able to check where to search my post and follow the possible answes to my problem.

Your other post is here. Near the top left of the forum screen, there is a link labeled "Quick links". One of the options there is "Your posts". Click that to get links to all of your posts.

There may be a problem with the link provided above.

Your posts can be accessed through the burger menu top left (under the orb icon), then "Your posts".
It should lead to search.php?search_id=egosearch
