Hello,
I'm using macro to make mailmerge from a document based on a template with custom toolbar ans menus.
The mailmerge works fine and I found my document in the "OutputURL" directory.
I open the document, the properties of this say that the template stay the same as my base template, but custom toolbar ans menus has diseapear, event in "Customize toolbar".
Is the a way to keep this customized items ?
Thanks !

Re: Custom template toolbar ans menus lost after MailMerge
Are the custom toolbars and menus and the macro code stored in the template file?
Can you upload a sample document here?

Re: Custom template toolbar and menus lost after MailMerge
This is a simple example.
I create a simple template (Template.ott) with a custom menu and a custom toolbar. This template is in my shared template.
I create a new document (MainDoc.odt) ready to mailmarge. Is is link to MyData.ods
I mailmerge to a new document (MergedDoc.odt) => the custom menu and toolbar are lost. The template in MergedDoc.odt is Template.

Re: Custom template toolbar and menus lost after MailMerge
Hello,
As I don't have any response, I use an other way to do what I want. I don't use OpenOffice mailmerge, but I just replace mailmerge fields by their values.
I will close this subject if I can.
Thanks to all.
