[Solved] Avery label template 18663 not found

Looking to create labels 2" x 4" - 2 rows of 5 labels for a total of 10 labels a sheet. I can not find the Avery label template when I got to New/Labels/ Avery A4 list. The label number is: 18663
Any ideas what I can do? I tried making the labels from the Avery website but it would be so much easier if I had a sheet in Open Office docs to do this.

Perhaps as Avery Letter Size, 8663 Ink Jet Clear Addressing/Shipping?
