"Unknown Graphic Format" when opening spreadsheet
Updated to OpenOffice 4.1.10 and now cannot open attached my old spreadsheet file. This has very important data for the last 20 years.

How are you trying to open it: by starting OpenOffice, then /File /Open, or by clicking on the file? What happens - is here any error message?

By clicking on the file and when it opens it start asking for filter. When I select ODS Spreadsheet it gives an error "Unknown Graphic Format"

The file size is only 2 KB. It cannot contain any data. Do you have any back up copies? There is a tutorial here about recovering temporary copies. It is written for Writer but the same facts apply to Calc.

I agree with FJCC; there will be nothing usable in the uploaded file.
Did you perchance upgrade to OO 4.1.10 with your file open?

Thanks a lot gentlemen as I had old version since I was using MS OneDrive. I restored it and now it's working fine. Thanks a lot for your help!

With any file of importance one should make at least daily backups.
