Catalina Gatekeeper stops OpenOffice 4.1.10

When I try to open the app (OpenOffice 4.1.10), a window pops up saying that Mac can't open it because it cannot verify that it is free of malware.
Open Office 4.1.10 for Mac 10.15.7
