[Solved] How to add a new row on alternating rows?

I made a bunch of rows that I want to keep, but I want to add rows on every other row.

I tried highlighting with shift, adding new row, but that just put the exact amount of new rows in.

I tried highlighting with ctrl, adding new row, but that did the same.

No. You need to add them one by one. It only takes three clicks per row. Your post required 260 keystrokes, enough to enter over 80 rows.
