I have done something to my text document screen that had made the size of the document TINY! I have no idea what I did, so I have no idea how to fix it and return to normal view. There is no way to manage a document that you can't even read. I downloaded the latest version twice (4.1.5) on MacOS 10.10.5 - either same problems persist or the new version won't verify. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the % box in bottom right of OpenOffice window. Double click in this box and select a suitable scaling factor from the menu offered - 100% may suit you, or "Fit Width"

If you can't see it, and other things on the bottom bar of the window, go to View and make sure Status Bar is checked.Cheers

One can also do this using the menu items /View /Zoom : 100% is a good start.
