[Solved] Styles and Formatting Window does not open

[Solved] Styles and Formatting Window does not open

I am trying to access the Styles and Formatting window, but when press the icon to the left of the styles' submenu, or enter command-T, nothing happens.

This behavior is new. It might have appeared as a result of a recent OpenOffice upgrade.

Try to use the Side Bar.

Thanks for your reply Tibor,

The side bar is not open, either. In fact, it was the side bar which I had been using before the problem appeared. Is there a way to open it from the menus?

/View /Side bar should be checked.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 on Xubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
