[Solved] Recovery file

Hello.
Please Help restore the file.
Error in the content.hml subdocument at position 2.552716
I do not understand what needs to be fixed.

Here is what i got after repair. There was one place in the content.xml file where a } had been written instead of a =.

Here is my repair - note that it differs in size from FJCC's, although I think it was the same repair.

Yes, I extracted the content.xml file, opened it in Notepad++ and went to the indicated position. The unmatched } was there or very near there. After replacing it with an =, I put the content.xml back into the zip archive.

I used XML Copy Editor to make the same correction.

Another 1 bit error - I suggest you do a memory check on your PC.

ASCII for } is 111 1101

Good catch, John. Also worth checking the seating of the cables to the hard disk, both at motherboad and disk drive ends.

Of course, it may merely be an Alpha particle event - they do occasionally happen.
