I'm working on a Windows 10 desktop. When in Form Design mode, the horizontal ruler indicates just over 9.5 inches; and the vertical ruler indicates just over 5.5 inches.
There is a scroll bar on the left, but I can't move it because the current maximum form size is the same as the above 9.5 x 5.5.
I want to be able to put additional text, etc. well below the current 5.5" limit because I've defined my page as Portrait, 8.5 x 11. I'll be exporting the forms as PDF files.
How do I enable a Form height of at least 10 inches?

Re: Increase the height of the Form in design mode
With your form in Design Mode, from the menu along the top of the window select Format>Page to open the Page Style dialog.
On the Page tab of the dialog you can adjust orientation, size and borders of your form.
