Transfer date format from one file to others files at once

Post by Bokiiiiii »

I don't use much open office, only when i have to do something for my parents
They have around 1294 files with patients and their data. They have been doing this from 2010.
Somehow now they can't enter the date.Since 1 January 2020, they can't enter the date at all. I tried to fixed that, but now. i need to open each file one by one and to repeat the process. Opening 1294 files i am sure if anyone can do it.

So is there a way to transfer what i did to once file and transfer that to the rest of the files?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

• Why can't they enter the date?
• What happens when they enter the date?
• How does what happens differ from what is expected?
Attach a spreadsheet demonstrating the difficulty (remove confidential information then use Post Reply, not Quick Reply, and don't attach a picture instead of the document itself).
• Indicate what date you want entered in which cell in which sheet.

Answer all three questions, provide an attachment, and specify: date, cell, sheet.

What specifically did you do?

When they click the cell in the column DATE, there was a calendar pop up.Now it doesn't show anything,on any file.
