[Solved] Exporting data to address labels

I am new to base but can not seem to export any address information to printed labels. I have created an address DB using the wizard function and wish to print mailing labels but instead of the names and addresses showing on the labels, the only things that show are the actual db field names (<Firstname>, <Lastname>, etc.). Sorry this is such a silly question but any help would be appreciated.

As an aside, I tested this with the biblio db that comes with base to see if I could get data to cross over to the labels (in case I did something wrong in my tables) as well but got the same result.

Alternate answer - open the label document, click the Print icon and answer 'yes' to the 'form letter' query. Easier than the "long winded" Mail Merge Wizard if that's what you are using.
