Open a PowerPoint file with Impress, the font size changed

When I open a powerpoint file with OO Impress, the font size of the file changes from 30 to 32?Why ?How do I get it to display correctly
OpenOffice 4.1.6 on Windows 7

Attach an example file demonstrating the problem.
Make a file copy, remove all slides except one or two showing the font problem and replace any confidential text with dummy text.

Highlight the text and set it back to 30 point.
