Scrolling is the opposite of what it should be

Post by OOaaOO »

Happens in both Calc and Writer. I try to scroll left and it scrolls right. I try to scroll right and it scrolls left. Using two finger swiping on my touchpad.

If it happens with your browser as well, then it is a Windows setting.

Nope, it's just an OpenOffice issue.

What happens when you move the fingers up and down? Does the screen content scroll down and up respectively?

Is the first spreadsheet cell A1 in the top-right corner or top-left?

Yes, the top left cell is A1. Up and down scrolling works fine, it's just the left and right scrolling that's inverted from normal.

As a shot in the dark, I would reset your user profile. Close OpenOffice, open any folder and in the address bar near the top enter
%appdata%\openoffice\4
Rename the user folder to user_old and restart OpenOffice. You should get the registration screen.
