How To Install OpenOffice While using VPN

Hi , Can anyone tell me how I install open office latest version while using VPN for linux machine... I'm not a frequent user of linux that's the reason bit puzzled when installing.... Suggest me the best way to download and install successfully using VPN ??

Welcome to the Forums.
Your VPN should only affect the download of the installation file, if it even affects that.
The actual installation does not require internet access, thus the VPN is, for installation purposes, irrelevant.
If you are having trouble installing, please include the exact message(s) that you get.
OpenOffice 4.1.7, LibreOffice 7.0.1.2 on Windows 7 Pro, Ultimate & Windows 10 Home (2004)

Your Linux distribution comes with an office suite named "LibreOffice". It might be installed already. LibreOffice is the successor of OpenOffice which is almost dead by now. If you are new to Linux you should not try to install any software from outside your distribution's software repository.
