I have downloaded a specific font, in this case, Celtic Hand Font to my W10 system.
How do I import that new font to the drop-down menu box under fonts?

Re: adding new fonts to Writer
You do not "add a font to Writer". You "install a font to Windows 10" and Writer finds it. Google install font windows.
