[Closed] File association

Post by Guillaume »

Does anyone have both OpenOffice 4.1.5 and GMX email? Am trying to associate GMX with OpenOffice so that, if I send a document, the association is there. There is no default application available so I must fabricate one; but how do I do that? The problem lies in the fact that GMX.com is an app of Google Chrome; I cannot use the extension .com. Let me know if you had that problem and resolved it; that would be nice.

Currently there is no way to associate OpenOffice to use an online e-mail service.
The usual suggestion is to install a e-mail program, like Thunderbird, and then use that for the e-mail association.
