Corruption from document manipulation error

I need you help in my file to fix it says,

We recommend that you do not trust the content of the repaired document.Execution of marcos is disabled for this document. Should OpenOffice repair the file? "

If I choose yes the calc file has no data..How can I fix this.. I need help how to fix.

Try a fresh download of the file robleyd has posted to your other thread. The file you post to this thread is damaged beyond repair - it was a bad download.
