Spellcheck all words underlined

I can not access the automatic-correction, every words I write are underlined and I'm not able to get rid of them, so, it is not possible for me to choose any Language, what can I do?

You have checked that the language in Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages and the language in your default format are the language you are expecting?

Usually the cure for your problem is to reset your user profile.
