Trying to un-delete AOO temporary files

So I wen through the last steps of user-data-roaming etc. I found the file but cant open. What do I do?
OpenOffice 3.1 on Windows Vista

Post in the forum giving enough details that someone can understand what you did and what found.
LO 6.4.4.2, Windows 10 Home 64 bit
