Using a database to make a mailing list

Post by croc#285 »

I need to import a list of names and addresses to a text document from a data base. All of the names and addresses won't be used, only the ones with a "Y" in one of the fields. The names and addresses need to appear in the middle of the sheet of paper so when it is folded into 3 parts it appears like an envelope. the bottom third will have other text. they then have to print out in order while skipping the ones without a "Y".

You already have a Base document (.odb) and you have it registered? It is registered if you see it in the data source window (menu:View>Data Sources [key F4]).
If not, where do you keep the data now?
