[Solved] Driving me wild

Post by Poly Hive »

I am hoping there is a simple solution to this problem.

I insert a photo into a slice and delete the text (click to remove text) with removes also the square box of insert chart and so on. I save. I then look through the slides and the blasted box is back in the middle of my slides again.

How do I stop this help from ruining my presentation please?

I think what you want to do is pick a slide layout that does not have the box that is annoying you. Make sure that the sidebar is visible by verifying that there is a check mark next to the item View -> Sidebar. Then select the menu Format -> Slide Layout. You should then see several options for slide layouts in the sidebar. Choose one that meets your needs.
