Importing a jpg into LOO

Post by hollyberry »

I'm sure I've done this before. Position the cursor GO>INSERT>IMAGE> follow the browser to your choice then OPEN
Not now! The frame arrives in position but never the picture within. I have taken the upgrade to V6 but it's the same. It must surely be something other than LOO. Is it a WIN10 fault? Nauseating is not the word! Ideas please.

- Which application are you using? (Writer, Calc, Draw?)
- What is the menu item: "GO"? I never seen it in my LO 6.1 portable...
- The Insert - Image function works fine in all of applications of my LO 6.1 portable. (I am using Win 7. And I always use optimized PNG type pictures.)

Check in Tools | Options for whatever application you are using that you have the option to view image turned ON
