[Solved] 4.1.5 Dashboard Presentation greyed out

Post by Dariand »

I have just updated two PCs to 4.1.5 from the official website. On my desktop 'Presentation' is greyed out on my Laptop it is present and opens Impress
Whats going on please?
I need Impress on my desktop

Could you attach a screenshot from your desktop computer to see what you described?

On desktop, reinstall OO, choosing to do a Custom installation and make sure Impress is checked.

@RoryOF. Thanks, it was as simple as that. I am still baffled why a 'Custom' install is needed on one device and 'Typical' install on the other. Anyway problem solved

If OO had previously been installed on that machine, lacking some of its applications, the new install picks up the old configuration.
