Please send me a PM with an email address to which I may send the repaired document.

Edit: Repaired file returned by email

Can you please tell us exactly how you think this problem arose?

1. Did you have problems when saving the file?
2. Did AOO or Windows crash or hang?
3. Were you saving to a USB memory stick?
4. Were you recording changes (Edit > Changes > Record ...)?
5. Was it ever saved as a .doc or .docx? Was it ever edited by MS Word? Or by LibreOffice?
6. Do you have any other suggestions?

I ask because we seem to be getting quite a few these days and it would be useful to know what is causing them.
AOO 4.1.6, Windows 7 Home 64 bit

See the Writer Manual, the Writer FAQ, the Writer Tutorials and the Writer guide.

Remember: Always save your Writer files as .odt files. - see here for the many reasons why.

For the record, this was the first? corrupt drawing file (.odg) I have seen.
The problem was merely two malformed graphics tags. It was a one author drawing, with no annotations.
