Dictionary deleted, extension won't download

So somehow my entire US and Canadian dictionaries got deleted and the extension I want to fix it won't download. Gives me a user document error. I've tried the uninstall, restart, reinstall trick and still nothin'. Help Please?

The extension is a .oxt file that is sometimes renamed as .zip by Internet Explorer.
Do you manage to download it on your hard drive? Then change the extension to .oxt.
