When starting, OO4.1.4 asks 'Update all links?', then (like OO4.1.3) 'This file contains links.[…] updated?'
Why? Is this double check redundant?

LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 on Xubuntu 23.10 and 7.6.4.1 portable on Windows 10
