Hi there!
Regarding the Database Report, I am looking to have the information be arranged in a manner that is in a text format, not in a table format.
For instance, Database arranges the data in a table format:
Inspection Date Inspection Time Trap Location
4/25/17 01:00:00 AM Attic
But I would rather the data be arranged like
On <<Inspection Date>> at <<Inspection Time>>, a mouse was found in the <<Trap Location>>.
So this would look like on
"4/25/17 at 01:00:00 AM, a mouse was found in the Attic."
Any thoughts about how to arrange the data in this manner?

I'm sorry, it is all explained in Spanish.
You'll have some examples I made, working with reports with the old fashioned report builder (no the ORB), but they have code made by an illiterated programmer, so it is a bit large and strange. However, it has results.
Then, you also have how to make a mail-merge by code from base.
Later, you have a report made by the report designer, as a letter, changing only the text which is the same than the text of the fields.
Finally, you have an example made by Mauricio, using an external writer document, as template.
I think that the last one is your target, but the previous one is no bad (I think!)
I hope you can understand things in the code.
