I have created a spreadsheet in scalc. It has no calculations. It is more like a table and is about 18 columns by 38 rows. I want to place this table on a page in an simpress presentation I am creating. Help is absolutely no help, and is incomprehensible. Must have been written by confused illiterate baboons. If the table turns out to be too big to be readable, I can make it have less columns, and put it on two pages.
How to I get an scalc table onto a page in simpress?

Select the sheet cells, copy, paste into the presentation.
Select the sheet cells, copy, paste-special into the presentation and experiment with the different import types.

Thanks. That worked. The Paste caused simpress to lock up as before. I killed it with Task Manager, did the recovery, and then tried the Paste Special. That worked fine, so I'm back in business. Thanks again.
