Misleading site - OpenOffice.org-Suite.com?

When searching for this site (openoffice.org) on Google, a paid listing for OpenOffice.org-Suite.com appeared with the title "OpenOffice 2008 - Free". I clicked on it and it looks like the current openoffice site, including its logo, so I thought I was on the correct site for downloading OpenOffice. However, to do that I had to fill in a form and they were asking for credit card details.

Just wondering if anyone has come across this and whether this is legitimate?
