Document changed to only hashtags.

Hello!
I have started to write an exam paper in Aoo. Yesterday everything I have written so far was changed to hashtags. A lot of hashtags!
Can you help me to save my project?

Your file is lost, possibly due to over hasty close down of the computer before all housekeeping was complete.

To try and recover your file, you should look in the backup and temporary directories pointed to by /Tools /Options /OpenOffice : Paths. Rename any files in those to type .odt and see if they contain your data. Download Recuva or PhotoRec (only one needed) and let it do an indepth recovery of deleted files on your computer. You may get a file containing some or all of your data (or not).

Don't waste time fiddling with the damaged file - the sooner you do the undelete etc processes the better chance of recovery.

Can you help me restore the file in a different way or do I have to do it on my computer?

I found nothing usable in your uploaded file. If you found nothing on your computer, either by way of temporary or deleted file, then rewriting is the only option I see.
