OpenOffice DOC text full of # (pound character)

After something wrong with my OpenOffice 4.1.1 for Windows 8.1 Writer editor, I got a .~lock.agenda.doc# file and my agenda.doc text are full of # (pound character) and I can NOT see any text that I have typed there before...

Could someone kindly help me?

I fear your file is damaged, most probably beyond repair. The .-lock.agenda.doc# file is housekeeping and can be deleted when OpenOffice is closed. It contains none of the information from your file. You should look in the backup and temporary directories pointed to by /Tools /Options /OpenOffice : Paths. Rename any files in those to type .xls and see if they contain your data. Run an undelete utlity such as Recuva or PhotoRec and see if it will find some deleted temporary file holding some or all of your data. I'd start with Recuva or PhotoRec (you only need one of these, and the sooner the better).
