Welcome beginner. Please answer all of the questions below which may provide information necessary to answer your question.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Which version of OpenOffice.org are you using? 2.4
What Operating System (version) are you using? 10.4 Tiger
What is your question or comment? I have installed OOo on an iMac and when I try to run it, it says that I have to have X11 installed. When I try to install X11, the system tells me that it is already installed. CATCH22 situation! Anyone have any suggestions. P.S. I am new to both mac and OOo, so be gentle.

Re: X11
Could it be the same as that one: [Solved] X11 problem, not solved by previous links?
Thanks to add '[Solved]' at beginning of your first post title (edit button) if your issue has been fixed. Else, browse the Mac forum (where I move the thread), there are several threads about X11 issues.
