Edit PDF document by using AOO Draw

I'm looking for the best way to edit PDF Hebrew document by using AOO DRAW' or any others
Any suggestion will be gladly received.

For anything more than a trivial edit (a few words), don't use OpenOffice. Look for a freeware PDF editor.

Unfortunately, all freeware Pdf editors do not support Hebrew.
