Does anyone know this problem, about encrypted document ?

Dear everyone:-)
Does anyone know this problem with Open Office Writer documents, and then also what there is to do ??

Briefly, the power was interrupted, shortly before, I had reached to save the last written. when it was powered again, this dialogue box popped up (see attached photo 1).

When I couldn´t do anything to get back to the document, I ended up pressing the ok button, which resulted in that all I had and have written, now and still is encrypted (see attached photo 2).

Additionally, I also get this files in my folder, where the document is located (see attached photo 3)

What to do ???
