Printer blocks by swriter

I am french and sorry for my translation.

Good morning, On one of our waiter, an application creates a document (fusion RTF) which is opened by defaut with open Office Writer. Edition on the printer Xerox Workcentre M118 blocks the printer and is needed to stop and start the printer.

There is no other driver for this printer and i can't install MSWORD.

The same doc open whith MSWORD is OK and a simple, one to copy stick in another document Open works well.

if sombody have an idea.

By "Waiter" I assume that you mean "Server." I think you should edit your post and write your question in French as well as English. One of the regular helpers is a native French speaker.
